Privacy and Cookies
Your data
your choice
A plain-language explanation of essential storage and optional analytics cookies. This notice concerns website measurement and does not replace the confidentiality obligations applying to legal matters.
Your choice
When analytics is enabled, it is off by default. PostHog loads only after you select Accept analytics. You may reject analytics or withdraw consent at any time through the Analytics preferences link in the footer.
What we measure
For consenting visitors, we measure coarse page groups, consultation actions, service selections, resource categories, referring domains, approved campaign parameters and aggregate country, region and city information. This helps us understand where demand for legal services comes from.
What we prohibit
We do not record session replays, form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, case references, free text, document names, emergency-service actions, helpline calls or quick-exit use.
Storage and processing
PostHog uses first-party analytics cookies or local storage after consent. Analytics is configured for PostHog Cloud in the European Union. Location is derived during ingestion for aggregate reporting; raw IP data is discarded rather than used to identify visitors. Records are retained only for website measurement and service improvement, subject to the configured project retention period.
Protected areas
Analytics does not run in the client portal, administration area, login routes, case routes or API routes.
